As all prepare for the marraige a second time, Buffalo and Rooster confront Squirrel for waiting until the last minute to stop the wedding the first time with his supernatural warnings.

Chief:
My recent lot has been annoying
And so, I warn you, don't be toying
With my impatient royal feelings
Through your imperfect cosmic dealings!
Chief and Rooster:
The world is rife with magic men
So don't forget your gods again!
Chief:
Is that too much to ask of thee?
Squirrel:
Of course, it's not, Your Majesty!
Rooster:
The tribe supports your work in spelling
With faith and blind respect untelling
But I've observed some signs, initial,
That don't become a tribe official.
Chief and Rooster:
The world is rife with magic men
So make deportment count again!
Rooster:
Can we expect this boon from you?
Squirrel:
Both that and even more, 'tis true!
I've been confused from over-working.
Among our people, there's been lurking
A plague of spirits, ghouls, and trolls
Who've tried abscounding with our souls!
I over-came each evil elf.
I kept the horror to myself!
And after all I've done for thee
I've gained small thanks, accordingly!
Chief and Rooster:
My stars! We're fools! We should have guessed!
Forgive our words and get some rest!
Chief: No greater wizard lives, I trow!
Roost: I'll always heed your words, I vow!
Squirrel: Well, thank you. I feel better now.
Dreamtime analysis! Mystical chanting!
Aid against malice is what I've been granting.
No need to doubt me-
Can't live without me-
Weed out those seeds of suspicion you're planting.
All:
A medicine man is an asset, indeed.
He conjures and spells with precision and speed.
A medicine man is a boon to his tribe.
A truism, ne'er any Indian would jibe!
Rooster:
Earthquakes and blizzards then lightening and thunder!
Greatest of Wizards, you rend them asunder!
Every disaster-
Stalled by the master-
Man lives unharmed by these threats and no wonder!
All: A medicine man...etc.
Chief:
When we have spirits attacking the laymen,
I have no fear, it's quick work for our shaman.
You dominate them-
O-bliterate them-
You're an amazement among every day men!
All: A medicine man...etc.
